Every insurance company will tell you they're "customer-first." Most of them have never actually sat across from a customer.
We have. For over 15 years, before ShieldVestor existed, our founders were on the inside running call centres for insurance broking firms, sitting in meetings with insurance companies, watching exactly how the industry treats the people who pay for it. What we saw wasn't always pretty. Policies sold and forgotten. Claims that took months because no one picked up the phone. Customers who needed help and got a call centre script instead.
So when we started ShieldVestor, we didn't start with funding or an office. We started in a living room, then moved into a 10x10 room that was barely big enough for two desks, because the only thing we actually needed was each other's strengths. One of us lives for the close: sales, strategy, getting the right policy in front of the right person. The other lives for what happens after: claims, service, the unglamorous work of actually showing up when something goes wrong. Most agencies are good at one. We built ours to be relentless at both.
That 10x10 room is an office now, and the work hasn't changed, it's just bigger. We help individuals and businesses across Mumbai and beyond get the right cover across Motor, Health, Term, and Workmen's Compensation insurance. No jargon. No runaround. No disappearing after the sale.

Our mission
Our mission is simple to say and harder to do, sell the right policy, and then actually be there when it matters. That means no jargon during the sale and no disappearing act during a claim. It means combining real sales expertise with real claims and service experience under one roof, so a customer never has to wonder who's responsible for what. Whether it's Motor, Health, Term, or Non-motor insurance, our job isn't finished when the policy is issued, it's finished when the promise inside that policy is kept. That's what We Got You. Our vision
We want to build the insurance experience people assume doesn't exist, one where being insured actually feels like being protected, not just paying a premium and hoping. Too many people in this country are either uninsured, underinsured, or insured for the wrong things entirely, simply because no one took the time to explain it to them properly. We see a future where every individual and business we work with, across Mumbai and far beyond, has exactly the cover they need and genuinely understands why and where "insurance agent" stops being a phrase people are wary of, and starts being one they trust.
